How to create a cron job

A cron job runs a command at set times.

Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Go to the Advanced section.
3. Click Cron Jobs.
4. Optional: enter an email address for the output.
5. Select a Common Settings value, for example once per hour.
6. Enter the command.
7. Click Add New Cron Job.

• Do not run cron jobs more often than you need.
