How to manage MySQL databases and users

MySQL Databases lets you create databases and users and connect them.

Steps

1. Log in to cPanel.
2. Go to the Databases section.
3. Click MySQL Databases.
4. Under Create New Database, enter a name and click Create Database.
5. Under Add New User, create a user.
6. Under Add User To Database, select the user and database and click Add.
7. Select the privileges and click Make Changes.

Notes

• In your website settings, use localhost as the database host.
