How to connect with an FTP program

You can use a program such as FileZilla.

Steps

1. Open your FTP program.
2. Host: saku-xv.kawanda.net.
3. Username: the full FTP username, for example name@yourdomain.
4. Enter the FTP account password.
5. Port: 21. Select explicit FTP over TLS if your program supports it.
6. Click Connect.

• In cPanel, click Configure FTP Client next to an account to see its settings.
